Hi, Code 19 means there is a driver conflict such as two devices trying to use the same resources. Are you saying you’ve only owned and used the drive a few weeks? I ‘ll try that! The dvd drive was hsb properly during the first few weeks since I owned the laptop. Sorry this didn’t help.

At first it couldn’t write an audio cd properly and after a while it couldn’t read most of the dvds. You can follow the question or vote as helpful, but you cannot reply to this thread.
