I am getting to the point that I am sorry that I ever updated to Windows I tried but my computer doesn’t show any recovery points pre “Creator” update. I don’t know what to do and it doesn’t seem fair that I have to buy a new computer to be able to play any music or hear the sound on a video, as Ad1988 didn’t ask for the “Creator” update. However, whenever I try to download it again I get the following message: However, when I click any of the “fix it” buttons I get a popup message that the file can not be downloaded – oh well.
